Smoking is the main culprit of the coronary heart disease. It is the highest risk factor for the heart attacks mostly seen in men. The tobacco chewing or smoking increases the blood pressure, decreases exercise tolerance, and reduces immunity, and also increases the risk of blood clots that may block the blood flow in the blood vessels. Smoking decreases HDL, a type of cholesterol that is healthy for blood. Not only the active smokers but also the passive smokers also face the brutality of the heart disease due to its effect on the lungs and heart. It is the major risk factor for lungs infections, cancers, and heart diseases.these is basic cause of heart by smoking.
